Lemonade Popsicles

Cool off with these 3-ingredient Lemonade Popsicles that help you beat the sweatiest of days. They whip up quickly and are instantly refreshing. Great for kids and healthier than the store-bought ones.

RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • β…“ cup lemon juice

  • ΒΌ cup white granulated sugar

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest 


Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Use a fork to mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved and forms a syrup, about 1-2 minutes.

  • Pour the water into the lemon syrup then mix well. Add lemon zest and mix in well. Pour the mixture into popsicles molds, then place the molds into the freezer to set - at least 4 hours.
