Brown Butter Dijon Popcorn

An upgrade to your movie or binge-watching evenings. Once I started dressing my own popcorn I haven’t looked back. I now stock natural popcorn in my home so I can garnish with whichever flavors I am craving that particular night. This is the one I come back to the most.

RECIPE

In a medium-sized skilled, brown 3 tablespoons of butter. Once golden, foamy, and fragrant, remove from heat and whisk in 1 tablespoon of Dijon and teaspoons of honey. Whisk until well-combined and pour over a bag of popped natural popcorn. Garnish with freshly chopped chives and flaky sea salt.
